We take cadets aged 12 (and in Year 8) to 18. Cadets who reach 18 can stay on until their 20th birthday as Staff Cadets if they pass an interview process with our Wing staff in Abingdon.

We welcome staff from any background – no previous Forces experience is required. As part of the joining process, you will need to pass DBS and BPSS checks, but you will be guided through the process by our knowledgeable existing staff.
